SEO · AEO · GEO Program

Building reputation in the era of AI search.

The way people find businesses has changed. Ranking on Google is no longer the game — being the brand AI recommends is. This document lays out exactly what we do for Savvion HQ each month, what to look for, and how long it takes for the work to compound into leads.

Four pillars. One outcome.

Your scope covers four working areas. Pillars 1 and 2 are foundational — done once, maintained quarterly. Pillars 3 and 4 are the engine that runs every single month, building your authority signals to the AI engines that now decide who gets recommended.

01

Foundational Website Schema & Meta

One-time technical setup on your site. Schema markup, meta tags, AI-readable structure. Status: Complete.

02

Google Business Profile Optimization

Keeping the green circle green. NAP consistency, profile fields, posts, and review signals — the foundation for showing up in Google's map pack.

03

AEO / SEO / GEO Content Engine

Monthly off-page landing pages and blog posts targeting your five keyword phrases — engineered for AI agents to read, cite, and recommend Savvion.

04

Authority & Citation Building

NAP listings across directories, backlinks, support links, Google Maps embeds in every landing page footer, and ongoing trust-signal expansion.

What happens on your account every month.

Your contract is a five-keyword campaign. Here is the precise, granular activity that runs against that scope on a recurring basis — so there is no ambiguity about what you are paying for.

Why five keywords becomes five hundred.

Five keyword phrases is the seed, not the ceiling. Google and the AI engines use semantic keyword combinations — once they understand you offer fractional CFO services in Colorado Springs, they'll also recommend you for "trusted company that can help with my finances," "tax return help near me," and dozens of related phrases you never explicitly targeted.

A current Voxe AI client started with ten keywords. Eighteen months in, Google Search Console shows them ranking for over 500 keyword phrases and questions. That's the compound effect of building authority instead of chasing rankings.

Your job is to seed quality content. The AI engines do the rest — fanning out your authority across the semantic graph of how people actually ask for what you do.

Think of it as billboards on a highway.

SAVVION SAVVION FRACTIONAL CFO SAVVION HR · CFO · PAYROLL SAVVION SAVVION COLORADO SPRINGS

"Every driver on I-25 is searching for what you do.
Our job is to put your billboard on every mile."

Imagine I-25 southbound.

Picture every car driving south on I-25 is looking for fractional CFO services, HR consulting, or payroll support — exactly what you offer. AEO and SEO is the practice of putting up your billboard on that highway, so every searcher sees Savvion HQ.

A billboard is a keyword phrase. We put up five new ones each month. The more billboards you have along the route, the more times a buyer sees Savvion before they make a decision — and the more likely Google or ChatGPT recommends you when asked.

The work is patient. The first few billboards don't change traffic much. But by month six, you own a stretch of highway your competitors don't.

The two metrics that actually matter now.

Old SEO measured page clicks and traffic volume. Those metrics are increasingly meaningless — AI answers are reducing total clicks while conversions hold steady or rise, because the visitors who do come through are pre-qualified. Here is what we measure instead, plus the secondary signals you can track yourself.

PRIMARY · 01

Google Maps Pack appearance

When someone searches a service phrase you offer ("fractional CFO Colorado Springs"), does Savvion HQ appear in Google's top-three map pack? That placement is now the most valuable real estate Google offers.

How to check: Open an incognito browser. Search your service phrase + location. Look for Savvion HQ in the map results.
PRIMARY · 02

AI engines recommend you

When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews for a service in your space, does Savvion HQ show up as a recommendation? This is the new ranking.

How to check: Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for a "trusted [your service] firm in Colorado Springs." See if Savvion is named.
SUPPORTING SIGNAL

Brand search lift

As AI engines recommend you, more people will type "Savvion HQ" directly into Google. Branded search volume is a leading indicator of trust building before revenue follows.

How to check: Google Search Console › Queries › filter by brand name. Compare 90-day windows.
SUPPORTING SIGNAL

Conversion-quality lift

Fewer visitors, but they convert at a higher rate. Google is rewarding citation and reputation work because it delivers buyers who are ready, not browsers. Watch revenue and lead quality, not raw sessions.

How to check: Compare conversion rate from organic / AI referral traffic against historical averages.
SUPPORTING SIGNAL

Semantic keyword expansion

Five target phrases compound into dozens over time. You'll see your site ranking for phrases you never explicitly targeted because AI understands your service category.

How to check: Google Search Console › Performance › review the full query list for new appearances month over month.
SUPPORTING SIGNAL

Citation footprint

The number of off-page properties — landing pages, blogs, directories — that name, link to, and vouch for Savvion HQ. The wider your footprint, the harder it is for competitors to displace you.

How to check: We report this each month. You can also search your business name and review the indexed properties.

What to expect — and when.

The hardest part of this work is telling clients it takes time. It does. AI authority builds the same way brand authority does: slowly at first, then exponentially. You're three to four months in. You're still planting. Here's the honest timeline.

PHASE 01
0–30 days
Foundation & seeding. Schema, meta, and GBP optimization complete. First landing pages and blogs published. AI engines begin indexing. Don't expect visible results yet — soil prep doesn't look like anything.
PHASE 02
30–90 days
Early citations & map pack movement. First evidence of AI engines citing your content. Branded search lift begins. Initial appearances in map pack for your weaker-competition keywords.
PHASE 03 → YOU ARE HERE
90–180 days
Conversion-quality lift. The semantic graph starts working — long-tail queries begin pulling Savvion into AI answers. Lead quality measurably improves. This is when most clients first feel the work paying off.
PHASE 04
6–12 months
Compounding authority. Stable AI citations, consistent map pack presence, and dozens-to-hundreds of semantic keyword rankings. You become the default recommendation in your space; competitors trying to catch up face a steepening wall.

Your role & ours.

A clean partnership has clean lanes. Here's how we split the work so nothing falls through the cracks again.
